  1. Order #29661 was placed on 28th November 2018 and is currently On hold.why is my order still on hold please. I send proove of payment to 2 emails. Still nothing.

    1. I ordered several items from your store and played via your playgate. The next day I was called and asked to send proof of payment as my package was already packed but you’ll need proof. It’s your paygate so why I dont understand…but I sent paygates proof of payment. Then I receive my package tightly packed with no packing and 4 items short. What is the meaning of this. Noone answers emails phone calls or phone msgs.
      Is this a legit business. Please can others who used this advise

    2. I had similar inefficiency issues. Items missing from order and email.amd phones or phones msgs ignored. I suggest you take matter to nearest police station as I will after 48hrs
